BF-HL BELT DRYER

Overview

The BF-HL BELT DRYER provides contactless drying by means of hot air and is offered in three BF-HL dryer variants: 350/3300 | 600/3500 | 1000/3500. Workpieces are transported through a heated drying tunnel on a fine wire mesh belt, which is also available in premium V4A stainless steel. The temperature and the speed of the conveyor belt are both fully adjustable, and special equipment options include a high-pressure air knife to blow residual water out of the workpieces prior to drying and an extension of the conveyor belt to ease placing and removing workpieces. The machine features excellent heat insulation (> 100 mm) for low energy consumption.
