Overview

The LIFT100 is a long-stroke, high-payload robot elevator that adds a versatile seventh axis to light-industrial and collaborative robot arms. Its long-stroke design enables a wide range of palletizing tasks and provides additional vertical reach for handling more pallet sizes, box sizes, and palletizing patterns. Durable, robust design has been tested and certified to work reliably under all typical manufacturing conditions, and minimal deflection ensures precise positioning of boxes even at high speeds. The Lift100 provides out-of-the-box integration with OnRobot palletizing solution and the Pallet Station and can be deployed with leading robot brands including ABB, Denso, Doosan, Elite Robots, Epson, Fanuc, Hanwha, Jaka, Kassow Robots, Kawasaki Robotics, Kuka, Nachi, Omron, Schneider Electric, Techman, Universal Robots, and Yaskawa. Designed for palletizing applications, the LIFT100 enables a wide range of palletizing tasks and patterns by adding vertical reach and a seventh axis to compatible robot arms. It is described as suitable for material handling in high mix, low volume scenarios and allows quick and easy settings adjustments depending on the parts being handled.
