Model Overview & Specs

Overview

The SK-300SVII Planetary Centrifugal Mixer with Vacuum is a compact, simple 1-cup mechanism model with vacuum function and a 300ml × 1 cup capacity. It provides a centrifugal force of 400G, described as a low revolving speed that enables control of thermal elevation of materials. The unit is equipped with a vacuum machine to improve degassing performance and uses an external vacuum pump design that facilitates daily maintenance such as checking or replacing the oil; it also allows use of a user-supplied vacuum pump (please consult separately for non-standard vacuum pumps). Balance adjustment is provided via an integrated balance dial jog. The mixer offers setting times of 10 to 300 sec. × 5 steps and 100 setting channels, consisting of 10 fixed channels and 90 user-set channels, matching the setting specifications of upper grade models. The vacuum machine enables elimination of even finer air bubbles to improve degassing performance. Improved degassing is expected to enhance conductivity and insulation performance demanded of electronic materials and to prevent reduced yield rate caused by bubbles in optical material. The combination of 400G centrifugal force and the vacuum function enables accurate degassing of air bubbles in syringes and can prevent injection of air due to air bubbles in syringes.
