Model Overview & Specs

Overview

Roll-to-roll Evaporation Coating Machine, model CJR-1500, is a roll-to-roll coating machine sold in new condition with a 1 Year warranty and certifications CE and ISO9001. After-sales services include field installation, commissioning and training, and engineers available to service machinery overseas. The machine supports multiple working principles: resistance heating evaporation vacuum winding coating, induction heating evaporation vacuum winding coating, electron beam heating evaporation vacuum winding coating, and magnetron sputtering vacuum winding coating. Substrates listed include Plastic, PET, PP non woven, and paper; vacuum chamber material is SUS-304 superior stainless steel and vacuum chamber size is custom-made with structures available as Vertical/Horizontal/Batch/In-line. Deposition materials include Titanium, Aluminum, Chrome, Copper, TiAl, TiN and SS; coating film functions include decorative, super hard, wear-resistant, anti-corrosion, reflective, shielding effect, conduction and non-conduction; coating colors include Gold, Rose gold, silver, black, blue, coffee, rainbow and purple. The machine is described as having stable operation, flat retracted and unreeled coating, a uniform film layer, short production cycle, low energy consumption, and easy operation and maintenance. The winding system uses high-precision DC or AC frequency conversion speed regulation for stable, high-speed operation without scratches or wrinkles and neat winding end surface; tension control uses an imported digital tension control system providing constant tension and line speed; the vacuum system is described as powerful and efficient and equipped with an energy-saving maintenance pump. Model CJR-1500 is specified as applicable for deposition of metal conductive film, shielding film and oxide film on the surface of flexible materials such as thin films. The CJRW series, which adopts magnetron sputtering coating technology with DC, medium frequency or radio frequency magnetron sputtering systems, is used for flexible circuit boards, ITO transparent conductive films, thin film capacitors, car films, thin film solar cells and flexible solar cells. The SFRW series, using electron beam evaporation coating technology, is used for transparent high-resistance packaging film, anti-counterfeiting film, fantasy film, optical film and dielectric film on PET, PVC, PI and CPP films, while the ZFRW series is used for printing packaging film, packaging paper, gold and silver wire, capacitor film and functional film using high-frequency induction evaporation or continuous wire feeding evaporation technology.
