Overview

Electronic metering/dosing pump with a PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) dosing head, ceramic valve ball and FKM gaskets. Flow capacity ranges from 250 ml/h (minimum) up to 52.83 US gal/hour (maximum) with a turn-down ratio of 1:800 and an accuracy of repeatability of 1.5%. Maximum operating pressure is 58.02 psi. Viscosity handling: maximum 100 mPas at 100 % output; in slow mode 50 % the maximum viscosity is 1000 mPas (max flow 26.42 US gal/hour) and in slow mode 25 % the maximum viscosity is 2000 mPas (max flow 13.21 US gal/hour). Maximum suction lift during priming is 4.92 ft and during operation 9.84 ft. Liquid temperature range 32 .. 122 °F; selected liquid temperature shown as 68 °F. Designed for precise automated dosing of water and media compatible with PVDF, ceramic and FKM wetted parts, suitable for industrial and potable-water-related applications (approvals: CE, CSA-US, NSF61, RCM).
