Electrical and sensors common to all models include Voltage (VAC) 380/220 – 415/240, Frequency (Hz) 50, Connected load (kW) 6 | 6 | 10 | 18 (for Spintec 60 | 82 | 105 | 125 respectively), and Fuses 3x 32A. Level sensing is by a conductive sensor. The machines are intended for cleaning parts prior to maintenance or between production phases and operate within a closed chamber to provide quick and efficient part cleaning while contributing to a better working environment and operator comfort. Handling and process options explicitly supported include removable baskets to increase material-handling possibilities and a loading trolley (material AISI 304) for ergonomically moving heavier loads; the trolley enables loading of washed parts outside the machine and moving the basket to and from the machine, with locks on to the spray cleaner using manually operated levers and locking of the basket during transport. Recommended cleaning fluids and their specified uses are: Decoclean 440 (25 Litre, pH 13, dilution 1 - 3%, Temp 50 - 80°C) for heavy contamination on Ferrous metals only; Decospray TM (25 Litre, pH 9.6, dilution 1 - 3%, Temp 60 - 70°C) to remove oils and not attack metals while temporarily protecting parts against oxidation; Decospray HT13 (25 Litre, pH 14, dilution 2 - 3%, Temp 70 - 75°C) to remove oils from Non-ferrous materials.
