Overview

The nanodac Record Only is described as a compact, sophisticated and economical paperless chart recorder / digital data acquisition (DAQ) device; this Record Only version must always be used in combination with a conventional temperature controller, and its 14 virtual channels can be used, for example, to calculate averages. Standard features include a high-definition full-color VGA display, operation via 4 navigation buttons, clear text and numeric displays in English, French, German, Italian or Spanish, data views as bar or line charts, 50 MB of internal memory and up to 8 GB on USB, FTP archiving, multi-language display, user-configurable screens, 4 recording channels plus up to 14 virtual channels for mathematics, min./max. recording, channel averages and counters, and a real-time clock. nanodac Record Only specifics: controller technology: this version has no temperature control function; display: 320px x 240px (3,5") VGA color; control: 4 navigation buttons; basic function: paperless chart recorder / DAQ; channels: 4 channels plus 14 virtual channels for mathematics, totalizers and counters; capacity: internal flash memory of 50MB or USB memory of 8GB; additional functions: recording format UHH (Eurotherm proprietary secure format) or CSV; interfaces: USB and FTP via network connection; alarms: 2 per channel (high-low absolute, high-low deviation, deviation band, rate of change); dimensions H x W (mm): 96 x 96 (1/4 DIN); configuration: panel mounted. nanodac Record / Control adds controller technology of PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) control of the setpoint value. nanodac Record / Programmer supports up to 100 programs stored locally with up to 25 segments each, and remote access to up to 200 programs via FTP or USB. Supported recording use: paperless chart recording and digital data acquisition using 4 physical channels and up to 14 virtual channels, with data recorded in UHH or CSV formats, stored to 50MB internal memory or up to 8GB USB, and archived to an FTP server. Control and programming use: the Record Only version is intended for use in combination with a conventional temperature controller; the Record / Control variant provides PID control of a setpoint value; the Record / Programmer variant stores and manages programs (up to 100 locally, each with up to 25 segments) and allows remote access to up to 200 programs via FTP or USB, and there is an option to combine a recorder with a setpoint controller or with a programmer. Remote and mobile access: data can be viewed remotely and on mobile devices by adding a wireless router or connecting to a web server, and USB memory compatibility supports data transfer.
