TOOL FILLING SYSTEM

Overview

The TOOL FILLING SYSTEM is a filling system used when processing particle foam. Fill offers customized solutions for a wide range of materials and volumes, and the machine is designed according to customer-specific requirements. If required, each filler can be controlled separately, and four pneumatic functions are available for each filler. The system includes an integrated fill level measurement in the pressure container, enabling the container to be refilled after each filling cycle or only after a certain number of filling cycles. Each pressure vessel can supply up to 20 fillers; the pulse disk is driven by an adjustable electric motor and is easy to replace; the system offers good accessibility for cleaning and maintenance and quick and easy material or color change. The TOOL FILLING SYSTEM is intended for use when processing particle foam. The system can be integrated into existing machines or configured as a stand-alone system, and in Fill's molding machines the control of the filling system is integrated into the machine control system. The integrated fill level measurement allows the container to be refilled after each filling cycle or after a set number of cycles, and each pressure vessel can supply up to 20 fillers.
