PCT-300CRS is a high performance automated Coater/Developer track system. It provides highly flexible resist processing to yield high-volume production and is designed for lab processing of a wide range of substrates, including rounds or squares, using available standard and customized chucks. The user interface is Windows OS based with PCT G.U.I, and software features together with specialized hardware provide high process performance. The system has a small footprint requiring only minimum space and offers low cost of Ownership. The 300CRS is the dedicated solution for the Advanced Packaging Market. It serves applications for solder bumping and gold bumping and supports lab process use cases requiring high-volume resist processing across various substrate shapes.
