SOGEVAC B Single-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps

Overview

The Leybold SOGEVAC B are single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pumps characterized by low noise levels, high pumping speeds and high reliability. Pumping capacity range is 10 to 750 m3/h @ 50 Hz, with model-specific pumping speeds specified for 50 Hz and 60 Hz (examples: SV 750 B: 755 m3/h at 50 Hz; SV 630 B: 640 m3/h at 50 Hz and 755 m3/h at 60 Hz). Ultimate total pressure without gas ballast is specified per model (examples: SV 16 B: 1 mbar(a); SV 40 B, SV 65 B, SV 100 B: 0,5 mbar(a); SV 220 B, SV 320 B, SV 570 B, SV 630 B, SV 750 B: 0,08 mbar(a)). Oil loss is below 1 ppm and oil is injected into the inlet chamber to guarantee air-tightness, lubrication and cooling; oil is roughly separated by gravity in the oil sump and finely separated in the exhaust filter. Applications listed for the SOGEVAC B series include vacuum packaging (chamber machines, table-top machines, modified atmosphere, rollstock), coating, central vacuum systems, heat treatment, degassing, drying / filling, impregnation and leak testing. Variants are available for special applications: SOGEVAC B ATEX for explosion-proof applications, SOGEVAC B DOT for brake fluid filling, and SOGEVAC PFPE for pumping Oxygen (O2) or aggressive gases.
