Robo Mate

Overview

Robo Mate is the SafanDarley solution for automated bending cells, designed to use only 2 or 3 support positions for the rail to leave floor space for other cell components or product stacking. It is designed to be paired with a SafanDarley press brake (E-Brake, hydraulic, or hybrid) and provides the option of switching to automated production at any time while allowing switching back to manual. The Robo Mate comes standard with a versatile electrical cabinet to enable integration of new components into the cell and for retrofits. The SafanDarley ASC-Control software platform, situated on the external operating console, governs all components within the cell. Robo Mate is available in four sizes to accommodate robot payloads of up to 280kg, with available robot payload options of 70kg, 130kg, and 280kg; all sizes can be delivered in the following lengths: - 7mtr. stroke, total length 8500mm - 9mtr. stroke, total length 10500mm - 11mtr. stroke, total length 12500mm - 13mtr. stroke, total length 14500mm Robo Mate is used to add automated bending capability to a cell by pairing with a SafanDarley press brake, giving the option to switch between automated production and manual operation. Its 2 or 3 rail support positions and four track length options help optimize floor space for other cell components or product stacking.
