Overview

The HTCR series (high temperature clean room) high temperature clean room drying cabinets are offered in 16 different types with chamber volumes of 28 - 1000 liter and maximum temperatures of 400°C, 500°C or 600°C. Each cabinet features completely clad low thermal inertia insulation and a fully insulated, brushless fan motor. The equipment includes a Carbolite 301 temperature controller providing adjustable-rate heating to a set temperature and a timer, smooth epoxy-coated easy-clean external enclosure, polished stainless steel chamber interior, and stainless steel perforated shelves. Other built-in features comprise a particulate-free silicone rubber door seal, touch-foil control buttons with LED display, a double-walled enclosure for low external temperatures, an overtemperature protection trip switch, and a door-open switch. Options available at order include various high-performance digital segment-programmable temperature controllers with data logging and digital communications, optional ISO 14644-1 Class 5 configuration, pass-through hole for a thermocouple, cable-access holes, lockable door, fixed or roller racks, user-specific flanged-sealed cable feedthroughs and fully bespoke designs, and an optional stand for floor-standing versions. Technical changes and errors reserved. HTCR cabinets are described as high-temperature clean room drying cabinets suitable for operation in an ISO 14644-1 Class 6 environment after the user cleaning procedure. They can optionally be configured for operation in an ISO 14644-1 Class 5 environment. The series supports drying at maximum temperatures of 400°C, 500°C or 600°C and chamber volumes from 28 - 1000 liter.
