A supplied sample documents machining of steel to a depth of 10 mm using a copper electrode with 20° rotation, producing surface roughness 2.6 µm Rz in 17 hours 10 min. The SVC Circuit is described as enabling a no-polish finish for micro and non-forms by producing high-grade surface finishes, and the Arc-less discharge circuit is described as enabling no arc machining while reducing machining time and the number of electrodes used.
