VIISta® HCP

Overview

VIISta® HCP is an industrial-scale process tool offered as a named equipment model for integration into production and manufacturing R&D/lab environments. It is intended to be installed as part of a factory process flow and to interface with plant automation and facilities infrastructure. Typical use contexts include deployment on production lines or pilot lines where consistent, repeatable processing and integration with MES/automation systems are required, and in manufacturing R&D labs for process development and qualification. Selection and configuration decisions are driven by throughput/cycle-time needs, the specific materials and chemistries to be handled, available utilities and exhaust capacity, cleanroom/environmental constraints, footprint and access for service, and required control/automation interfaces and safety/compliance certifications.
