Overview

SXG Series Rotary Lithium Iron Phosphate Flash Evaporation Dryer uses tangential hot air entering the bottom to form a strong rotational windfield under the action of a stirrer; materials fed by a screw feeder are dispersed by a high-speed rotating impeller where they are rubbed, sheared and rapidly crushed to contact hot air and complete drying. Dehydrated dry materials rise with the hot air, a grading ring retains large particles while smaller particles are excluded through the ring center, and a cyclone separator and dust remover recover these materials; wet or bulk materials are thrown to the container wall by centrifugal force and fall to the bottom to be crushed and dried again. The rotary flash dryer is described as newly developed with advanced technology, reasonable design, compact structure, large production capacity, and energy efficiency, and it can complete drying, smashing, and screening in a single step; it is equipped with a special magnetic sealing device that meets GMP standards.
