Overview

Inner work space: 2000×2000×3000mm (W×H×L). Outer dimension: Approx. 2820×3525×3290mm (W×H×L). The oven outside is Q235 cold rolled steel by anti-rust treatment with spray acrylic air-dry paint, and the inside is Q235 cold rolled steel by anti-rust treatment with spray high temperature resistant silver paint. Heat insulating material is silicate cotton insulation, door open is double-door, seal material is Silicon rubber seal, and there are two observation windows. Operation temperature: Room temperature～250℃. Temperature fluctuation: ≤±1℃. Temperature stability: ≤±2. Temperature uniformity: ≤±2.5%℃ (max temperature empty test). Temperature rise: ≤room temperature+25℃. Temperature rate: ≤90min (empty test). Heating power: 66KW. Blower power: 0.75KW×6 sets. Exhaust power: 0.75KW×1 set. Trolley driven motor: 0.75KW×1 set. Power supply: As per customer's request. Air supply mode is bottom to top forced hot air circulation with air out way at left and right sides bottom, airflow control by a double layer multihole adjusting panel and air return via a multihole panel on the top of the heating chamber. The blower motor is a low noise centrifugal blower with noise below 65db. The electric heater is 380-415V 50Hz, 3 phase, U-shaped heating tube located in the air duct of left and right sides. Control cabinet is independent type and the controller is AI708P programmable intelligent temperature controller with temperature sensing element PT100; over-temperature alarm is provided by a digital temperature controller with PT100. Heating control uses SSR solid state relay contact power adjustment. Lighting consists of high temperature resistant lights, 2 sets. Protection systems include: 1. Over-temperature alarm system; 2. Motor over-current protection; 3. Electric heater overcurrent protection; 4. Electrical and heating interlock; 5. Control circuit protection; 6. Air switch. Accessories include an intake valve manually adjustable according to work pieces conditions, an automatic exhaust outlet control system with flange interface, one pressure release window in the oven back, and body color as per customer's request. A workpiece trolley is electric driven with capacity 6 tons, 1 set, motor power 0.75KW; outside guide is 15kg/m rail 4.0 meter x 2 pcs with connection plates for trolley movement; a spare trolley motor 0.75KW, 1 set. The drying oven is widely used in the production of transformer industry, transformer coil impregnation drying (solidifying) process and epoxy pouring solidifying process.
