Overview

FLOWBISCUIT is an automatic feeder designed for small, regular-shaped products with minimal size tolerance, specifically for biscuits and similar products. The system can receive products from an automatic distribution line or through manual loading and accurately groups them before feeding the flowpack infeed chain. It ensures a continuous and stable product flow for consistent packaging performance. Production plant: IMA Record. Machine versions include FLOWBISCUIT DG and FLOWBISCUIT PL. FLOWBISCUIT DG is a portioning system for products placed on edge that forms slugs by volume and deposits them into a barrette feeder through a precise pivoting discharge system. FLOWBISCUIT PL is an automatic counting system for products in piles that counts the exact number of items per stack and can create multiple pile configurations, including the number of products per pile and the number of piles per pack. Its precision and reliability make FLOWBISCUIT ideal for handling biscuits and similar products in high-efficiency packaging lines.
