PerformArc 1100FW

Overview

PerformArc 1100FW is a high output welding cell for Automotive or General Industry Parts and the PerformArc is backed by Miller. The cell type is Vertical H-Frame with a Servo Main Index and Servo Outboards (2); the table is a Ferris Wheel, open bed with a table rotation diameter of 131 in and a max spool size capacity of 126 in. The system provides a 118" span between the head and tail stock with 1100 lb. capacity on each side and lists payload as 1100 lbs at each weld station (2). Main axis rotation height is 51.2 in with a main axis rotation diameter of 95 in and a secondary axis rotation diameter of 43.3 in. Input Voltage is 460/480 V, Input Phase is 3-Phase and Input Hz is 60 Hz; net dimensions are Net Width 180 in, Net Height 90 in, Net Length 221 in and Net Weight 12600 lbs. The cell features a high speed "ferris wheel" positioner driven by three independent servo motors for industry leading indexing times, is multi robot capable (Yes (2,3)) and ships as a fully welded frame, pre-wired and pre-assembled in three sections. The design is stated as being in accordance with ANSI/RIA R15.06-2012, UL1740, NFPA 79 and CSA Z434. The PerformArc 1100FW is presented for Automotive Welding and Fabrication and as a High Output system for Automotive or General Industry Parts, supporting MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) applications. Optional load station jogging provides load position flexibility that allows multi-stage loading or tack and finish welding to occur in a common welding fixture. The cell supports a full range of welding processes listed for the system (including AccuPulse, AccuCurve, SP-MAG II, 100% CO2, RMD, Active Wire Process, GMAW-P, GTAW with and without filler, aluminum low pulse/dual pulse/synchronized weaving, Sevo Push-Pull Torch, Arc Data Monitoring and Offline Programming - DTPS) and an available dual-robot configuration allows a second robot to be added to increase throughput.
