Overview

Integrated Laser Notching and Slitting Machine is mainly used in laser die-cutting and slitting of EV lithium batteries and forming of tabs. Compatible with ultra-wide electrode (<12000mm); incoming electrode ranges are listed as <3000mm, 3000-6000mm, and 6000-12000mm. Cutting accuracy is ±1.5mm for incoming electrode <3000mm, ±2mm for 3000-6000mm, and ±3mm for 6000-12000mm. Cutting speed is specified as 120m/min and an Ultimate speed of 150m/min is listed; longitudinal burrs are <15μm (based on the current collector) and heat affected zone is <70μm.
