Overview

Model FRS-180A is a robotic sprayer. The unit can correspond with the nozzle, the steel-tube type and the spray type. For the steel-tube type: Pressure of release agent (MPa):0.5~2.0Kg; Diameter of steel tube (mm): ⌀ 7; air-blowing pressure of 3-step selective mode <3,5,7Kg> and water flow of 4-step setting. For the spray nozzle: Pressure of release agent (MPa):1.0~2.0Kg; Diameter of copper tube (mm): ⌀ 5; air-blowing pressure is fixed mode; manual adjustment or non-adjustment of water flow. Application of die casting machine: 1800T~2500T. Robot collaboration: R-2000i. Robot load(Kg): 165. Air-blowing & atomization quantity of sprayer nozzle type (Max. Qty): 60 (Max.). Control circuit (Max. Qty): 12 (Max.). Maximum stroke of bottom side of fixed platen (mm): 1630. Intended for application on die casting machines rated 1800T~2500T. Designed to collaborate with robot R-2000i and accommodate a robot load of 165 Kg.
