ALLIANCE CONCEPT
Model Overview & Specs
Overview
ASM Graph (142 serie) is a compact leak detector by Helium spectrometry. The unit includes a rotary vane pump, a turbomolecular pump and the bi-filament analysis valve. It features a dynamic touch-screen control on the unit that can check the cycle & the test curves and modify parameters faster than the standard 142 version. Detection is performed by a mass spectrometer; Turbo: AMP 007I, and primary pumping is Adixen 2010 (10 m3/h). Leak rate detection is Empty Mode: 5×10-11 mbar.l.s-1 and Sniffing Mode: 1×10-7 mbar.l.s-1. Dimensions are 510 x 428 x 343 mm and weight is 56 kg. Used for leak detection by Helium spectrometry, with Empty Mode sensitivity to 5×10-11 mbar.l.s-1 and Sniffing Mode sensitivity to 1×10-7 mbar.l.s-1. The unit’s dynamic touch-screen allows checking cycles and test curves and modifying parameters directly on the instrument for faster adjustments than the standard 142 version.
