Overview

High-Speed Coating Machine (Double-Deck & Multi-Lane) is for the coating process during lithium battery manufacturing and coats copper foil or aluminum foil with sufficiently mixed slurry to ensure qualified size, surface density and appearance. The coated electrode is wound into a roll after being dried. Product advantages and features include auto unwinding and rewinding (turret); repeated positioning accuracy of module head: 1µm; a double-deck drying oven in an arc-shaped layout to enable smooth electrode running; driven guide rollers with thin oil for high flexibility; highly accurate tension control, ±2N during operation; an integrated drying oven with high speed and efficiency controlled independently by a guiding roller; and a coating roller driven by DD motor with 0.002 mm roller run-out.
