SPR-45VA Stencil Printer

Overview

The SPR-45VA Stencil Printer provides stencil printing of printed circuit boards and features SMTrueTM Vision Assist with single or dual cameras and 10X magnification enabling axial alignment of stencil to board down to 12 mil ultra fine pitch. Maximum print area is 16" x 18" (406mm x 457mm) and the adjustable frame holder accepts tubular or cast stencil frames up to 23" x 23" (584mm x 584mm) outside diameter. Pneumatic adjustable power sweep squeegee performs automatic printing with single or dual stroke and the system provides pneumatic/pneumatic adjustable dual squeegee pressure and speed with a linear squeegee guide (automatic) and adjustable angle of attack. The printer includes a dual squeegee holder with independent print force adjustment and is supplied with urethane and metal squeegees. Additional features include fine X, Y, and Theta adjustments for exact, repeatable stencil-to-board alignment, a power frame lift for higher volume production, optional PCB vacuum hold down and vacuum-assisted printing of flex circuits, and a spring loaded Double Nesting Kit option for quick board changes and printing of single and double sided PCB boards.
