Franz Haas KFM-H

Overview

The Franz Haas KFM-H is an automatic sleeving machine that sleeves rolled and molded cones. It pulls single sleeves from a horizontal stack using vacuum suction cups and lays them on a stacking band where cones are slipped into the sleeves. A pull-out device holds back the rest of the sleeves so that only single sleeves are pulled. The machine monitors the stock of sleeves and notifies when stock is low, and it detects whether a rolled or a molded cone is present so no sleeves are wasted and every cone receives a sleeve. The KFM-H is used for sleeving in wafer production, including application to Rolled Cones and Molded Cones and Cups. After cooling, rolled cones can be slipped into sleeves by this machine to prepare them for packaging.
