Uniport6000 - standard and with carousel - 720p

Overview

Uniport6000 is a Unisign portal (gantry) CNC machining platform offered in two configurations: standard and with carousel; a variant is identified as "720p." The portal layout provides a large working envelope and gantry-based motion suitable for machining oversized or long workpieces on an industrial production floor. The "with carousel" configuration integrates a rotating/transfer carousel for workpiece positioning and automated sequencing to support higher-throughput, continuous production. Primary function is CNC machining operations (milling/routing/cutting) on a gantry/portal platform; specific spindle, axis travel, control system, utilities and precise footprint are configuration-dependent and are provided by the supplier for each variant. Used in industrial-scale manufacturing and machining R&D where large-format parts or long workpieces require a gantry/portal machine. The standard Uniport6000 configuration is appropriate for fixed setups, large single-piece workpieces, or dedicated fixtures; the carousel variant is intended for production lines that need automated loading/unloading and higher effective machine utilization.
