Støtek introduces the DOSOTHERM® DTI — a dosing furnace that integrates precision dosing technology with immersion heating. The offering includes a fully enclosed, thermally efficient transport ladle designed for handling liquid aluminum, featuring exceptionally low-temperature loss (as low as 2°C/minute) and high thermal effectiveness. The ladle's bearings are aligned with the spout to minimize adjustments, and it incorporates hydraulic tilting for swift forklift connection, minimal maintenance, and easy operation; the design is described as longer lasting than similar ladles while being energy-efficient and cost-effective. The DOSOTHERM® DTI serves as a dosing furnace combining precision dosing with immersion heating. The fully enclosed transport ladle is intended for transporting liquid aluminum within a foundry to provide safe handling and protect metal quality; its spout-aligned bearings reduce the need for corrections and hydraulic tilting facilitates quick forklift attachment.
