RWF - Chamber Furnaces with Rapid Heating

Overview

RWF — rapid chamber furnaces are available in three formats with maximum operating temperatures of 1100 °C or 1200 °C and chamber volumes of 5, 13 or 23 liters. Wire radiant heating elements combined with low thermal mass insulation are designed to provide rapid heating inside the chamber. From ambient to 1000°C in less than 10 minutes. Standard features include a programmable EPC3016P1 controller, a vertical lift door that keeps heated surfaces away from the user, a soft-closing door that protects the thermal insulation, and a durable hearth. Rapid thermal response is provided by wound non-radiant resistances and the furnaces are specified with low thermal insulation for high energy efficiency. A range of digital controllers, multi-segment programmers and data loggers with digital communication options are available as order options and overtemperature protection is offered as an option.
