DX-210B High Precision Magnetic Flux Meter

Overview

DX-210B is a bench-top high-precision magnetic flux meter that reports magnetic flux in milliwebers with four selectable full-scale ranges: ± 3.0000mWb, ± 30.000mWb, ± 300.00mWb and ± 3000.0mWb (four levels, can be changed as required). Minimum resolution is 0.1uWb (corresponding to 3mwb range) and full-scale accuracy is ± 0.1% with a resolution error range of ± 1/30000. Integral drift is very low; after warm-up the instrument reaches a stable state and the minimum drift within 24 hours is less than 1uWb. Power requirement is AC 50Hz, 220V0.5A. Mechanical footprint is 285mm × 300mm × 100mm (width × depth × height) and weight is 3kg. Corresponding input impedance options are 1k ohm, 10k ohm, 100k ohm and 1000k ohm. Operating environment is given as -45 ℃ -38 ℃; humidity: <85%; environmental sea wave: <3500 meters. Intended for industrial testing and R&D applications where precise magnetic flux measurement and low long-term drift are required, such as transformer and magnetic component QC, motor/generator testing, and magnetic material characterization. Selectable full-scale ranges and multiple input-impedance options allow matching to different probes and test fixtures on production test benches and laboratory setups.
