Overview

Electric-powered aircraft tow unit configured for dual nose wheel aircraft with a declared capacity to move aircraft up to 35,000 lbs. Drive and user controls provide 0-2 mph forward and reverse with a variable speed twist grip and a "high tech speed controller" for responsive low-speed maneuvering. Braking and speed control use neutral-throttle braking with adjustable acceleration and braking settings; a battery discharge indicator is provided for operator awareness. Tires are solid hard rubber, and propulsion uses a 2:1 Gear reduction with chain to drive tires. The on-board power system is described as "36v \t6 3 Battery system" with an onboard charger. Control handlebars disassemble for shipping and storage. An optional electric winch with steel cable and wheel tether is available for wheel engagement or tethered moves. Intended for hangar, maintenance, and ramp ground handling where precise, low-speed positioning of dual-nose-wheel aircraft is required, including aircraft maintenance shops, MRO facilities, OEM assembly areas, and private hangars. The variable-speed twist grip and reversible 0-2 mph capability support careful taxiing into tight parking areas, maintenance stands, and production jigs. The optional electric winch with steel cable and wheel tether supports wheel engagement and secure towing or positioning when manual coupling is impractical. Operational conveniences—onboard charger, battery discharge indicator, and disassemblable handlebars—support mobile use, storage, and transport between facilities.
