Overview

Fixed Height Gantry Crane has capacity Up to 5 tons, span 8' to 30', and height 10' to 20'. Coverage Area Type: Moveable; Coverage Area: Mobile; Motorization: No. The gantry is moveable under load and uses standard phenolic casters that roll smoothly and evenly over rough floor surfaces. Square tubing uprights and a channel base provide stability during lifting and movement, and a bolted beam-to-upright connection increases safety and durability; four position bolt-on swivel locks are provided. Options include phenolic casters with brake (standard on 1 ton only), non-marking urethane casters with or without brake, and steel v-groove rigid body casters without brake. Accessories and add-ons include adjustable bumpers, fixed length v-groove track, and a tag line. Intended for lifting materials anywhere in a facility and for localized handling. It is suitable for use over machines for maintenance and moving product. Also intended for situations where lifting is needed on an infrequent basis, for flexible cell manufacturing, or anywhere a permanent crane cannot be installed; the product is described as an economical, movable way to lift materials.
