BEMP™ Belt Scale

Overview

The Coperion BEMP™ conveyor belt scale provides precision accuracy in bulk material weighing and is built to weigh continuous flow rates up to 15,000 tons per hour of sand, gravel, or crushed stone conveyed through aggregate processing plants. Offered for both single and multiple idlers, each unit is designed with NTEP-approved single point load cells and an integrator. The BEMP is configured for use with 18" to 60" wide CEMA idlers and easily mounts using only (4) bolts; feed rates range from approximately 10STPH to 1000 STPH. (2) NTEP approved single point load cells and the indicator system provide weighing accuracies of ±1%. It is suitable for measuring flow rates of sand, gravel, crushed rock, synthetic gypsum and many other bulk materials. The BEMP belt scale is intended to measure and totalize continuous flow rates of bulk materials in aggregate processing plants, including weighing sand, gravel, and crushed stone up to 15,000 tons per hour. The product is also indicated for flow measurement of synthetic gypsum and many other bulk materials and is listed as related to the Plastics, Plastics Recycling, Chemicals, and Minerals industries.
