The product line features a patent-pending large capacity heat exchanger (LCX) that delivers 18 - 58% energy efficiency improvement, 25% greater flow capacity and over 1,000% improved thermal conductivity. The dryers offer ISO Class 2-4-3 protection and include integrated pre-filters and redundant no-loss drains monitored by a smart controller. The refrigeration circuitry uses R410A refrigerant, requiring over 45% less charge and providing up to 47% lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) compared with R404A, and the design reduces footprint to simplify installation. An optional high-pressure configuration is available for applications up to 680 psi and a multiplex modular design supports multiple independent air treatment modules for requirements over 3,000 scfm (5,000 m3/hr). The dryers are designed to maximize energy savings in systems with fluctuating demand, delivering up to 50% lower energy consumption through the large capacity heat exchanger.
