Pow-R-Line 3e distribution panelboards

Overview

Pow-R-Line 3e distribution panelboards provide higher interrupting ratings for selective coordination purposes and electric power distribution with integrated breakers, metering and surge protection. They are designed to meet UL 67 and NEMA PB-1 standards and are rated for maximum voltage class 480 Vac and 250 Vdc with continuous current ratings of 100-600 A. Interrupting rating: fully-rated to 100 kAIC and series-rated to 200 kAIC; detailed interrupting capabilities include 240 Vac fully rated 25-100 kA and series rated 100-200 kA, 480Y/277 Vac fully rated 18-65 kA and series rated 65-100 kA, and 250 Vdc fully rated 10-22 kA. Core hardware and enclosure features include bolt-on breakers up to 125 A, support for Molded Case Circuit Breakers and Miniature Circuit Breakers, bolt-on device mounting, top and bottom access, NEMA Type 1, 2, 3R and 12 enclosures, aluminum or copper bus options, flush or surface mounting, sub-feed or through-feed lugs, single sub-feed breaker options, a handle lock off device, integrated metering (IQ 35) and surge protection devices (SPD). Standard indoor dimensions are width: 20 and optional 28 inches, depth: 5.75 inches, and height: 36, 42, 48, 60, 72 or 90 inches; custom dimensions are available via satellite manufacturing facilities. Panelboards are seismically tested and qualified and exceed requirements of the IBC/CBC/OSHPD. Pow-R-Line 3e panelboards are intended for selective coordination and electric power distribution with integrated breakers, metering and surge protection in data center, industrial, commercial and healthcare facilities. They support installations up to 480 Vac, 250 Vdc and continuous currents up to 600 A and provide fully-rated or series-rated interrupting capabilities as specified. Their seismic testing and qualification, including applicable certificates and panelboard seismic application guidelines, supports use in installations requiring compliance with IBC/CBC/OSHPD.
