Overview

The MF Series Cup Forming, Filling and Sealing (M‑F series) thermoforms cups, fills product, hermetically seals with a film or foil and cuts into singles or multi-packs. It is described to handle yoghurt, fresh cheese, tomato sauce, fruit puree, water and more. The label application can strengthen the cup sidewall and enable a thinner bottom web to reduce material costs. The M‑F series is presented as one of the market’s most compact solutions and can reduce footprint saving up to 30% on floor space. The machine integrates electro-pneumatic cabinets and the filler in the machine base and supports cups from 20 to 500 ml. Technical data includes Cup material width: 400 mm; Usable width: 240 mm; Draw off length: 150 mm; Forming depth: 90 mm; Output: up to 21.600 cups/h. Standard components listed are Controller and Servo motors ELAU, Pneum. FESTO, HMI 15″ touchscreen. Standard configuration details: Bottom web reel Ø 1200 mm, Lid reel Ø 400 mm, Label reel Ø 600 mm, labelling with tilting mold, drive heating section on 6 pitches and exit conveyor with Intralox chains. Options include Hygiene class Clean and Ultra-clean, labelling for conical cups and 2 label heights, ERCA chains with grippers and magnetic drive, and up to 3 fillers.
