Side-entry agitator ES

Overview

Agitador de entrada lateral ES is a standard EKATO ES lateral-entry agitator with a mechanical seal; the shaft is sealed by a mechanical seal and the unit is designed for lateral installation in vessels of any size. Key technical data: motor power 0,75 – 37 kW; shaft diameter 40 - 80 mm; operating pressure Atmospheric - 7 bar; impeller system: EKATO propeller. Materials in contact with the product: stainless and acid-resistant steels, nickel-base alloy, Duplex and Super Duplex steels, titanium and titanium alloys. Homologation: ATEX 2014/34/UE and GOST TR-ZU 010/2011. The standard design includes a mounting flange and a sealing device, with additional features available such as a short heat trap, shaft speed measurement and washing. Available seal options include: single-effect mechanical seal for dry running, double-effect mechanical seal lubricated by fluid, seal supply systems (also available according to API), individual sealing liquids, and sealing liquids and elastomers with FDA certification. The agitator is designed for lateral installation in vessels of any size. Single-effect mechanical seals are specified for dry running or applications with pressure applied from one side; double-effect mechanical seals are provided for applications where sealing in both directions or higher sealing performance is required. Triple-effect seals are offered for specialized sealing configurations, and seal supply systems according to API as well as FDA-certified sealing liquids and elastomers are available.
