ID-TOGU

Overview

ID-TOGU is an auto-grinding machine for ID tool that achieves skill-less and optimal tool-grinding by digital control. The unit reads ID information and automates the grind-value setting through an AITS server, and grinding starts by depressing the start-button after setting the tool on the unit. Transferring the value to the AITS server enables digital control of tooling condition and supports optimal-punching operation. AITS server is required separately and the product is for Japan domestic market. Sharing regrind values with the AITS server to digitally control tooling condition and to perform optimal-punching operation. AITS server is required separately and the machine is offered for the Japan domestic market.
