FFTprovi Rack Changer T

Overview

FFTprovi Rack Changer T is an automated solution for cycle time-decoupled infeed and outfeed of large components in production lines. The system has two containers with a loading/unloading position and the turntable is rotated by 180° after the changeover is complete. The turntable can be automatically rotated by 180° and provides positioning accuracy of +/- 0.5 mm. Table height is individually adjustable and table diameter is variable depending on requirements and area of application. Nominal voltage options are 230 / 480 V, 50 Hz and 110 / 480 V, 60 Hz, and weight and payload depend on the version. The system is compatible with all common container variants and is described as using proven components for high reliability, easy spare parts procurement, and low maintenance requirements to minimize downtimes and ensure uninterrupted production. Provides cycle time decoupling for infeed and outfeed of large components in production lines. When the front container is completely emptied the turntable automatically rotates 180° so the full container is moved to the unloading position and the system can continue production. While the system is running, an empty container can be replaced with a full container using a forklift truck, and table height and diameter can be customized to individual customer requirements.
