Model Overview & Specs

Overview

The Roller Mill is described as domestic advanced dry ultrafine powder grinding equipment for non-metallic ores. It crushes materials by the principles of impact, squeezing and grinding. Operation involves a gap between the grinding wheel fixed on the support frame and the pin bearing; when the grinding wheel support frame revolves with the spindle the grinding wheel is thrown to the grinding ring by centrifugal force, presses the inner wall of the grinding ring and rotates around the pin bearing, and materials passing through the gap are crushed by impact, squeezing and grinding. The mill includes an inner grading device that produces high precision classification, and the grading wheel is specially designed to yield good grading effect without large particles. Wearing parts are made of special abrasion-resistant alloy for long service life, and the product is stated to reduce energy consumption by 30% compared with ball mill and other milling products and to save 60% investment. Three models are offered (MT-188, HLM-880D and HLM-580) with a mesh range from 400 to 3000. Example model specifications from the provided table include: MT-188 at mesh 400 — production capacity 6000-7000 kg/h, power consumption 22 kw; MT-188 at mesh 3000 — production capacity 900-1100 kg/h, power consumption 145 kw; HLM-880D at mesh 400 — production capacity 4000-5000 kg/h, power consumption 27 kw; HLM-880D at mesh 3000 — production capacity 500-700 kg/h, power consumption 200 kw; HLM-580 at mesh 400 — production capacity 1000-1200 kg/h, power consumption 50 kw. The product is intended for dry ultrafine powder grinding of non-metallic ores. It produces classified ultrafine powder across a mesh range of 400 to 3000 using an inner grading device for high-precision classification. The equipment is also identified by related names Ring Roll Mill, Ring-Roll Pulverizer and Milling Equipment.
