Overview

HB1200--Large-scale CNC Servo System Wire Cut EDM with work table travel 1200*900mm. Max. Cutting Thickness: 600/800mm; Max. Cutting Taper: 20°/100mm; Max. Workpiece Weight: 5000kg; Max. Cutting Speed: ≥300mm²/min; Best Surface finish: Ra≤0.6µm. The machine uses a T-shaped table layout with the Y-axis placed behind the X-axis, and a separate bed frame made of rigid hard connections to maintain the YX axis right angle; the design includes a ladder step and a step area in the bed frame sheet metal for operation, with large travel and height (600/800 optional). Critical castings such as the T-shaped bed frame table and column are produced by high-strength resin sand casting into a large, thick-walled box-type casting, and the bed frame interior contains several vertical dividing ribs running top to bottom. It adopts imported high-load extended tension guide rails and a five-axis configuration that uses imported high-power AC servo motors driven by imported coupling joints for frictionless transmission with an imported screw; the design improves transmission accuracy, eliminates reverse errors, and adds a lower arm anti-collision function. The table is equipped with a movable modular clamping device that can be positioned multiple ways, and a one-key elevating electric water tank guard door provides three-sided opening protection against splashing and dripping of cutting fluid. Auxiliary systems include a 200L large-capacity multi-stage filtration coolant tank to reduce coolant temperature rise, an automatic lubrication device with a multi-point quantitative distributor, and an oil collection circuit for waste oil. The control system integrates slow-wire technology with four-axis (X, Y, U and V) AC servo control, a powerful energy-saving pulse power supply delivering up to 300mm²/min cutting efficiency and Ra≤0.6µm surface quality with a 30% energy consumption reduction versus older models, unique non-electrolytic power supply technology to inhibit electrolytic corrosion and prevent a "softened layer," and a visual intelligent man–machine interface offering functions such as parallel compensation, clearance angle setting, corner optimization, laser ranging calibration, axis exchangeability, built-in programming graphics with automatic code generation, multi-coordinate system switching, and machining monitoring. The HB1200 can complete the base cutting of 3D metal printed parts in one setup. It is configured to process heavy parts and large molds within its 1200*900mm travel, 600/800mm cutting thickness options, and 5000kg workpiece capacity. Features such as the movable modular clamping device, one-key elevating electric water tank guard door with three-sided opening, 200L multi-stage filtration coolant tank, and machining monitoring support loading/unloading of large workpieces and prolonged or unattended EDM processing.
