LoadMaster Tube

Overview

LoadMaster Tube handles loading of tubes and profiles; its bundle space holds up to four tons of unprocessed material and a larger version of the machine has an even greater capacity. The machine software compares the geometry of the tubes with the stored data and the gripper system transfers tubes that have been measured automatically. Smart Profile Detection detects the angular position and orientation of the tube and automatically positions the clamping system. Depending on the model, the LoadMaster Tube can load tubes up to 30 ft. For the TruLaser Tube 7000 configuration the listed technical values are: Max. tube length for automatic loading: 12500 mm; Maximum outer circle diameter: -; Max. tube section weight: 40 kg/m; Maximum tube weight: 370 kg; Maximum bundle weight: 9000 kg. The swivel-mounted conveyor system used with the TruLaser Tube Series 5000 enables automatic feeding of several individual tubes one after the other. The LoadMaster Tube is used for loading tubes and profiles and is intended to minimize setup times when loading. It supports loading small series either via the conveyor system or by manual loading. With the TruLaser Tube Series 5000 the swivel-mounted conveyor enables automatic feeding of several individual tubes one after the other, described as ideal for small lot sizes and special profiles. Depending on the required arrangement, the LoadMaster can be placed in front of the machine.
