Overview

The FM-WJ Mini is a high-performance, industrial-grade slurry wet blast cabinet benchtop model designed for 24/7 continual operations and compact benchtop integration into space-constrained production lines. Built with heavy-duty, all-welded stainless steel, the system uses a slurry process (vapor blasting, wet abrasive blasting, or liquid honing) that combines water, abrasive media, and compressed air to deliver a gentle, dust-FREE finish. The system includes a 2x pressurized blast system, recycles media and water, is self-contained to meet EHS and cleanroom standards, and is made in the USA. Standard features include a safety interlock blast system, filtered cabinet exhaust system, regulator with gauge, available low-pressure suction gun and high-pressure pump gun, ceramic and boron carbide nozzles, dual-doored cabinet, large view window with automated and foot-activated washing, fluorescent interior lighting, a coated interior work table, and an included water rinse and air blow off nozzle.
