Overview
EMSD is a variable air volume damper for OPTIVENT and OPTILAB systems. Operating range is 0.5-8 m/s and it is available in nine sizes for duct diameters between 100 - 630 mm. The casing is insulated and the unit is made of galvanised steel, with all duct fittings equipped with a sealing ring made of EPDM rubber. The product includes an integrated orifice plate for air measurement, a real time air flow display, nipples for manual measurement, and setting up values requires no special tools. The EMSD is used to control and regulate supply air flow and exhaust air flow. It can be used to regulate room temperature and air quality. The device is presented as an accurate real time variable air volume damper for Demand Control Ventilation and is intended for use within OPTIVENT and OPTILAB systems.
