Product name: Anti-static energy-saving anti-corrosion dehumidifying cabinet GRD450NF-2. Humidity control range: 1%-60%RH with humidity accuracy ≤±3%RH (display range: 0%~99%RH). Temperature display accuracy: ≤±1℃ (display range: -9℃~99℃, display only, not for control). External dimensions: W900*D600*H1010mm; internal dimensions: W855*D570*H840mm. Number of shelf boards: 3 pieces (4 layers inside the cabinet); single shelf load capacity: 30KG and shelf spacing is adjustable. Power: 12W; power supply: 110V/220V-50HZ/60HZ. Cabinet body is made from 1.2mm high-quality steel plate with overall acid treatment and production on an imported automatic resin powder spray line; the base has 360° rotating casters for mobility and fixation. Door window: 5.0mm tempered explosion-proof electroplated glass with a flat integrated hidden handle and lock providing an anti-theft function. Anti-static features use imported high-grade dual-layer powder anti-static baking coating, cabinet surface resistance between 106-109Ω, and the unit is supplied with anti-static casters and a grounding wire. When the cabinet door opens and interior humidity rises, the control system automatically switches to the large-flow mode to introduce dry air and create a pressure difference that inhibits outside air ingress, then switches to small-flow mode to maintain set humidity and a micro pressure difference. Optional features — internal lighting, over-humidity and over-temperature alarms, MES, additional drying modules, intelligent storage functions and computer monitoring interfaces (232/485) — provide fault indication and monitoring capabilities when equipped, and the upgraded energy-saving design can reduce dehumidification gas consumption by at least 50% compared with similar devices under the same conditions.
