Overview

Capacity range 3 litres to 2000 litres. The bowl is made of a heavy steel plate and is described as a rugged, heatproof unit that is especially useful for bulky material and additional thinning prior to discharge. Tangential blades are supplied with differential speeds, and heavy-duty cut spur gears are provided. Spherical type bearings are provided at both ends to suit both radial and thrust load, and gland type shaft seals are fitted at both ends for easy maintenance. The bowl is provided with a jacket for temperature control and is adaptable for cold water or brine or hot water, steam etc. Mixers can be designed for vacuum operations, and sanitary construction is provided for food and pharmaceutical procedures. Manually operated discharge systems are provided for lab models and a motorized discharge system is provided for plant models. The product is stated as suitable for use in Explosive / Chemical as well as the food processing industry. Sanitary construction is provided for food and pharmaceutical procedures. Lab models feature manually operated discharge systems while plant models feature motorized discharge systems.
