Overview

The GXS Dry Screw Vacuum Pumps use innovative screw technology with automated control capabilities, world leading high efficiency drives, advanced temperature control and long service intervals to deliver best-in-class pumping speeds and low running costs. Advanced shaft sealing technology protects the gearbox from contamination and keeps the vacuum space free of oil, and non-contacting long life seals provide highly effective sealing. Updated pump design and an enhanced screw-type rotor produce gradual compression for improved thermal control, optimised pumping at every stage, low vibration and quiet operation. The intelligent on-board control panel provides automatic start/stop routines, power saving, green mode AUC and self-cleaning options. Long life bearings and oil-lubricated gears eliminate the need for grease and maintenance intervals. Inlet and exhaust accessories designed to match the pumping capacities include foreline spool adapters, fully integrated inlet isolation valves, inlet filter housings with polyester or stainless steel elements, exhaust silencers with cleanable drainable options and exhaust check valves, and control and monitoring accessories include hand held terminals, Profibus / digital interface modules, water / N2 flow monitoring kits, pressure and temperature transmitters and visual gauges. The GXS series can be configured for light to medium duty applications as a single pump, a pump-and-booster combination, or a complete vacuum system.
