Pan Dryer

Overview

The Pan Dryer, or Vertical dryer, is a vacuum drying solution for heat sensitive product, requiring low residual moisture. It uses agitated drying to provide good mixing and thermal homogeneity, ensuring even drying; the agitation is specially developed to facilitate drying with a high product renewal rate on the heated surfaces and to ensure efficient heat transfer. It has proven to be particularly successful for products passing through a highly viscous stage during drying. Top driven dryer: Based on the proven Filter / Dryer design. Maximum capacity (top driven): Up to 6 000 L. Bottom driven Pan dryer: Up to 15 000 L.
