eP Series

Overview

The eP-series press brakes use a servo-electric drive concept and feature high acceleration, deceleration and fast response times of the servo-electric drive system. Tonnage range: From 55 ton to 200 ton. Bending length range: From 2000 mm to 4000 mm. Compared to conventional press brakes, the eP-Press enables reduction of cycle times by up to 30% and more, and working speed is programmable to ensure bending is made without loss of product quality or operator safety. Safety is provided by the Lazer Safe IRIS System, which provides safe high speed by closing down almost at the metal sheet level. The servo-electric concept, described as "Green Means®", is presented as ENERGY EFFICIENT with less power consumption, less maintenance and no oil to purchase or to get rid of; it also emphasizes greater versatility, easy programming and outstanding accuracy that eliminate waste production. Prima Power describes the eP-series as the optimal solution for manufacturers of HVAC, metal furnitures, white goods and domestic appliances, facades, electrical cabinets and similar applications.
