Overview

CE-4008Q-5V30A is a battery test system for DCIR and GITT testing with a maximum of 5V and 30A per channel and the capability to test up to 80 batteries simultaneously. The instrument uses a 4-range current output per channel: Range 1: 5 mA ~ 1 A; Range 2: 30 mA ~ 6 A; Range 3: 60 mA ~ 12 A; Range 4: 150 mA ~ 30 A, with constant voltage range control of 0.025V ~ 5V and a minimum discharge voltage of 1.5V (2m wire length). Voltage and current accuracy are ±0.05% of F.S., voltage stability is 0.1% of F.S., and current stability is 0.1% of F.S.; constant pressure cut-off currents are Range 1: 0.005A, Range 2: 0.03A, Range 3: 0.06A, Range 4: 0.15A. The system accepts AC 220V ±10% / 50Hz input with input active power 1.71 kW, AD resolution 24bit and DA resolution 16bit, and input impedance ≥1MΩ. Recording frequency is 10Hz, sampling time is 100ms, current response time is ≤1ms, off-line test storage is 1GB, and reported energy efficiency is >65%. Each modular unit contains 8 channels, supports independent data acquisition, and can be programmed with up to 254 editable lines; the unit height is 3 U (5.25 IN = 13.335 cm) and multiple units can be assembled onto a gantry. Supported testing modes explicitly include Cycle Life Test, Rate Charging/Discharging Test, Pulse Simulation Test, GITT Test, DCIR Test, and dQ/dV Curve measurement, with the product stating it enables dQ/dV differential capacity curve analysis capability. The software supports CC & CV charge/discharge testing, segmented recording with up to 3 segment recording conditions per step (voltage, current and time), DBC import/edit/export for protocol files, and CC charging/discharging that switches to CV mode when voltage reaches a specified value. The system can recover energy from battery discharge and redistribute it to other battery channels or feed it back to the internal power grid, and it integrates peripheral devices such as Auxiliary Voltage, Auxiliary Temperature, and Environmental TestChambers for multi-dimensional testing and evaluation.
