Stainless Steel tips, needles and fluid passageways are standard; the gun has a robust, lightweight, work-friendly design with a contoured handle and is CE marked and fully ATEX approved. Advance HD features high capacity airflow and a separate "balanced" air valve to provide unrestricted compressed-air flow through the gun body, and Binks Extensions and DeKups are available for Pressure Conventional and Gravity models respectively. The Advance HD is stated to be suitable for all Industrial spray applications. It is described for coating wood, metal, plastic, ceramic and composite substrates using most types of solvent, waterborne, high solids and 2K materials. The gun is described as ideal for small operations or high volume spraying and supports Pressure, Suction and Gravity feed setups as well as Conventional, Trans-Tech and HVLP operation modes.
