Overview

Omega GM Combination Shakeout and Reclamation (Gamma Major Sand Reclamation system) is a combination knockout and attrition unit designed for larger foundries. Four sizes are available with deck loads ranging from 7T to 12T, a max deck load of 12T and a throughput of 20TPH. The heavy-duty loading deck uses Hardox wear-resistant bars to provide long-life and improved reliability. The unit includes easy access clean-out doors for fast removal of tramp metal and features 3-stage scrubbing. Used for sand reclamation in larger foundries, providing combined knockout and attrition processing. Applicable where deck loads between 7T and 12T and throughputs up to 20TPH are required, and where 3-stage scrubbing plus easy access clean-out doors for tramp metal removal are desired.
